Fees & Commissions

How much do they cost?

A flat ATM withdrawal fee of AU$3.75 or foreign currency equivalent. No ATM withdrawal fee for purchases via point of sale.





How to order

Simply pop into your local Queenslanders branch and speak with one of our friendly Member Services Officers.

With Access Prepaid Worldwide Cash Passports:

  • You don't need to be over 18;
  • They are issued instantly - over the counter;
  • You can access your funds within 3-4 hours of purchase;
  • Additional funds can be added at participating agent locations, via BPay or SMS; and
  • You can easily change your PIN numbers, review transactions statements and locate your closest ATM on line at http://www.cashpassport.com.au/

There are two different types of Cash Passport: a) point of sale and ATM enabled Debit Card; and b) ATM only.
